Booking information
The reservation form asks for your name, phone number, email address, chosen branch, date, time, package and number of guests. We use those details to reserve and manage your visit, contact you about changes, and provide your booking ticket. We do not ask for payment-card details; payment takes place in store.
Website preview
Online reservations are not open in this preview. Selecting a package or entering information does not create a booking, and the preview does not submit booking details to a database.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical requests needed to deliver it. When reservation emails are activated, Google Gmail will process booking messages sent to the guest and the business. Email delivery is not active in this preview.
Birthday and gift-card enquiries
Birthday and gift-card forms prepare a message in your browser. We do not save these enquiry details to a website database. When you continue to WhatsApp, the information you entered is included in the message shared with WhatsApp. You review and send it there. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms.
Analytics and advertising
This preview does not load optional analytics or advertising trackers. Booking records, when enabled, will be used by authorised staff to manage reservations.
Your requests
Contact us if you want to ask about, correct or delete your booking information. We may need to verify that the request relates to your booking. A record-retention schedule will be set before live online reservations open.
